cute staff helpful staff amazing view broken equipment lacked air conditioning missing towel
The staff was really cute and helpful! I really appreciated Mr Benjamin at the front desk. He was so kind and helped me find specific locations. The view from my room on the 18th floor was amazing.
The gym lacked air conditioning. It also did not have towels or water. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months and some equipment was broken.

fantastic bay view and spacious rooms
spacious room great shower wonderful view quiet atmosphere
the rooms were spacious, with a great shower (it was powerful!). i was upgraded to a junior suite and found it hard to leave. the view from the 17th floor overlooking the bay was wonderful, even though it was a bit cloudy that day. the hotel felt quiet and not too crowded with tourists.
the outside pool felt a bit sterile, maybe because there weren't many guests .

the hotel boasts excellent proximity to the bridge, a lovely sight by night. the surrounding area is ideal for leisurely walks. i liked the convenience for accessing local attractions, as everything felt close by.

complimentary upgrade spacious room helpful staff
I received a complimentary upgrade to a sea-facing room. This was unexpected and very appreciated. The room was spacious and clean. I also found the staff cute and helpful.
The balcony lacked any seating. There were no chairs to sit and enjoy the view. This oversight was disappointing.

decent stay with issues
the gym was a joke there was no air conditioning so it was unusable the location was also pretty bad with nothing really within walking distance i was expecting more for the price.
