I received a complimentary upgrade to a sea-facing room. This was unexpected and very appreciated. The room was spacious and clean. I also found the staff cute and helpful.
The balcony lacked any seating. There were no chairs to sit and enjoy the view. This oversight was disappointing.

I stayed for a few nights and was upgraded to the executive king suite. the suite was spacious. i especially loved the amazing view of the bay. It was a sight!
the gym lacked air conditioning. additionally, the breakfast felt overpriced considering the limited options. it wasn't the best value for money.

no air conditioning
the gym was a joke there was no air conditioning so it was unusable the location was also pretty bad with nothing really within walking distance i was expecting more for the price.
